Molly
Yorkshire Terrier Yorkie: An adoptable dog in Waterbury, CT

Small • Young • Female

Molly is a sweet 1 year old Yorkie. She came with her friend Cruella from a backyard breeder in Kentucky. They were both pregnant & were surrendered because their original owner was no longer able to afford to feed the 20+ dogs she had. Molly is due around mid-may according to our vet. Molly is bred to a 6 pound Yorkie. We got to meet him & he was very sweet. We are sponsoring his neuter & rabies vaccine and assisting the original owner with placing him in a new home. Molly is so sweet & submissive, she has gotten along great with everyone she has met. We are waiting for her to have her babies & wean them. After that she will be spayed & caught up on her vaccines & she will be ready to come home! She is available for pre-adoption currently. Email us to inquire about Molly! She is NOT AVAILABLE until after she has birthed & weaned her babies. She will then be SPAYED & THEN she can come home. She is NOT adoptable while pregnant.
She is currently being fostered in KY until she has her babies, then, if she is not adopted, she will be moved to our Waterbury CT foster home.
Adoption donation $450 (helps cover the costs incurred while in rescue + her spay and vaccinations)
Transport fee: $150 from KY/TN to Northeast.

Pet ID: 2416335

George

Terrier Mix

THE 4 TERRIER PUPPIES

Choose John, Paul, George or Ringo! These precious 3 month old terrier puppies were rescued just in time from a rural Arkansas kill shelter. Friendly, playful and well-socialized, these brothers romp and play till the cows come home, then collapse in a heap for a couple of hours before they slowly come back alive and start all over again. Alas! The life of a puppy... They like being brushed and petted, love playing together and enjoy getting into mischief wherever they can find it. The pups have a medium/high activity level as puppies do, and they are all very smart. Socialized to other dogs but not exposed to cats yet; recommended for children 6 years and older; great temperament; good on a leash, ride great in the car. They are 18-22 pounds, healthy, neutered and all shots. Their ideal adopters will understand the complex needs of pups and have the time, energy and patience needed to raise them.

Small Dog Wanted to Adopt

Hi, I’m a 52 year old woman whose children have all left the nest. I live alone in Woodbury and am a teacher. We raised Shelties for about 15 years, but our last dog was a Black Lab. I live in a condominium and would like the company of a very small dog…Yorkie. If there are any out there looking for a good home with a woman who has some love to give…please send me an e-mail.

Thank you

Willie & Smokey

These little guys are not here at CT Save A Pup. We are posting them to assist in finding there new home. These two nine year old large mini Dachshunds have recently lost their lifelong owner. Willie is the brown one and Smokey the black. Some of their favorite activities are chasing squirrels, guarding the house and sitting on laps. Both are in good physical shape though Willie is on seizure medication. His seizures are infrequent and we know he has not had one for over a year, even though this is a stressful time. Both come with full vet histories. They weigh about 20# each. We would like to find them a home where they can stay together. They are currently in a foster home with other dogs and Smokey is adapting well but Willie is forlorn over the loss of his master and home. With time and love he too will bounce back to his feisty self. Please contact 860-666-3770.

Black/white young female / spayed cat whom I rescued from bad situation needs a good loving home. I saw a life that needed to be saved and could not be wasted or left behind.  Must be an only child as she does not care for other cats.  Her name is Mia, she is a sweet, quiet girl who loves attention and is very affectionate.  She is between 1.5-2 yrs old.  She will adore you with the look in her eyes. If you love cats and want a companion, she is the one, please call, leave a message, or e-mail me for more information.  In place of adoption fee, I would like the adoptee to make a small donation to rescue group of my choice as they do so much good for the cats/animals that were abandoned by their owners and left behind.....
